Working With Your Chakras
There are seven lessons, one for each chakra.
Each can be activated using color, food and excerises to help you open yourself so that you will have the ability to change your perspective on how you live your life.To move from one lesson to the next, the only requirement is that you provide a short description relating to your experiences for each level. Once I see that you have experienced the concepts in each lesson, you will receive the next lesson. This is not to say I will decide whether or not you are "ready" to move to the next level - only you can decide this. I just want to be able to assist you in reaching your highest potential. This way if there is something from one level that you just don't seem to have a clear understanding of, I can offer some direction so that you will, even though you have started on your next lesson.
This is a continual process - once you have all the information, you may find yourself going back and re-doing lessons that you were not sure of or just need a bit of reminding. Even I find myself going back and starting the process over and over again as each time I go through it I find something that I missed the previous times or can see from a different perspective.

Blended Reiki
Blended Reiki is a combination of Usui Reiki, Intuitive Reiki, Ancient Rainbow Conscious Healing, and Chikara-Reiki-Do. Each level takes you one step closer to a complete Reiki experience. Working with the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki textbook each level expands your techniques with complimentary multi-modality studies.
